LAURA MONACO-MARTINO – VOCAL COACH/SINGER/SONGWRITER
With over a decade of experience in the music industry, Laura Monaco-Martino sees the business as an artist, songwriter, and music business insider. She is also a certified Music Business and Vocal Styles Professional from Berklee College of Music. Laura’s songs have been featured on E!’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians“, “Chelsea Lately“, “America’s Got Talent”, and Oxygen Network’s “Bad Girls Club“. She has written for and guided artists appearing on “American Idol”, “The Voice” and “XFactor“.
In 2007 Laura met her husband and business partner Joey Martino and together they built a thriving artist development driven Recording Facility which houses two music production companies:ET Studio Productions and TE Music Group. Recently, TE Music Group has co-written releases forNERVO, Morgan Page, Brielle Von Hugel, Jax, Fly By Midnight, & Evaride garnering success on the Pop 100 iTunes charts and millions of streams on Spotify. Laura’s passion lies deeply in storytelling and collaboration.
JOEY MARTINO – PRODUCER/SONGWRITER/AUDIO ENGINEER
Joey Martino has been writing and performing since the age of 5, on the stages of Carnegie Hall, CBGB’s, Gillette Stadium, & Barclays Center. His songs and productions have appeared on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” & “Chelsea Lately”, “America’s Got Talent”, FOX’s Good Day New York, NBC’s Today Show and Oxygen Network’s “Bad Girls Club”.
In 2007, Joey met his wife and musical partner Laura Monaco and together they formed ET Studio Productions & TE Music Group, two thriving music production companies that focus on artist development & collaborative songwriting. They have crafted songs for Mountain Dew, Dunkin’ Donuts, and been played over the airwaves of Z100, 95.5 PLJ, and Sirius Radio.
With a bachelors’s degree in music from Five Towns College & years of experience with major artists, Joey has the knowledge, experience and passion to help artists achieve their goals.
JES HUDAK – VOCAL COACH/SONGWRITER/PIANIST
Jes Hudak is best known for her formidable songwriting and live performance on Bravo’s “Platinum Hit”, where she placed 2nd and received guidance from Kara DioGuardi, Jewel, & Ryan Tedder. Since then she has collaborated with hip-hop artists Wax and Freddie Gibbs, sung backup for Enrique Iglesias and achieved a Gold Single in Australia for the song “Different Worlds.”. Jes is an accomplished pianist & vocalist who has been featured in national commercials and performs regularly in New York City. She has always had a passion for teaching and sharing her extensive knowledge and experience of the music industry with aspiring artists and performers.
KRISTIN COCHRAN – VOCAL COACH
Kristin (Grassi) Cochran is an accomplished lead and background singer with 20 years of vocal training and 15 years of performance experience, both encompassing classical, pop, rock, jazz and theater styles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in Vocal Performance from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania and was awarded DownBeat Magazine’s “Best College Jazz Vocalist in the Nation” in 2007.
Kristin began her love of singing in theater and has had leading roles in various stage productions of “Footloose”, “The Rocky Horror Show”, “You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown”, “Bye Bye Birdie”, “Into the Woods”, and “Snoopy!”, to name a few. She also worked at the famous piano bar “Don’t Tell Mama” in Midtown Manhattan, where she sang alongside Broadway and movie stars alike.
Kristin is one of the most versatile singers in the tri-state area, having been featured in Broadway reviews, jazz bands, small acoustic pop groups, wedding bands, 80s pop/rock tributes and classic rock bands, to singing in large theatre review shows including Roy Orbison, David Bowie and Tom Petty. She spends the majority of her time working on various styles and genres of music, making her a marketable, working professional. In 2012 she joined the Jersey Shore’s legendary rock band, Brian Kirk & The Jirks, where she currently plays 200 shows a year.
Kristin has shared the stage with legends including David Bryan (Bon Jovi), Bobby Kimball (Toto), Bobby Bandiera (Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen), Southside Johnny (Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes), Elliot Lurie (Looking Glass), Frankie Previte (writer, “I’ve Had the Time Of My Life”, Dirty Dancing), Gary U.S. Bonds, and Gene Cornish (The Rascals).
In addition to teaching at ET Studio Productions, Kristin is an Artist in Residence at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where she coaches students in contemporary/rock styles of singing.
JOSHUA SOTTILE – PIANIST/ACTOR/SINGER/COMPOSER
Joshua Sottile is a versatile artist, actor, and multi-instrumentalist. For seventeen years, he has studied sight reading, music transcription, theory, and piano technique in various styles. As a graduate of Wagner College’s theatre program, he played lead roles in many productions in his community and beyond including Carousel, Merrily We Roll Along, Les Misérables, and The Last Five Years among, others.
He was a member of the Alabama Shakespeare Festival’s 2016-2017 Season, performing in and understudying for eight productions including Duncan Sheik and Nell Benjamin’s new musical, Because of Winn-Dixie. Now a member of Actor’s Equity Association, Josh is in the fray of the New York theatre scene. His passions for growth, storytelling, and honing his skills have pushed him to form an acting troupe with some peers, working in various venues including the United Palace Theater. Josh is extremely passionate about pursuing a career in the arts, and helping others achieve their goals in the field!
MICHAEL CORTES – VOCAL COACH/PRODUCER/ENGINEER/SONGWRITER
Michael Cortes began singing as a young child in various plays, choirs, and workshops, and at ten years old, bean taking consistent private vocal instruction. Shortly after, he was introduced to recording software and has been writing, recording, and producing music ever since.
By the end of high school, he formally began his music career creating original songs for popular TV shows such as, The Real Housewives, Toddlers and Tiaras, and The A-List: Dallas, to name a few.
In 2012 he signed with boutique publishing house, Run Music Group (Leona Lewis, Chainsmokers, Big Time Rush) and began working as a full time singer, songwriter, and producer out of one of Manhattans’ busiest studios, Engine Room Audio. Around this time he also met multi-faceted producer J Chris Griffin (Madonna, John Legend, Kanye West, Missy Elliot) and began working for his vocal instruction school, Pop Vocal Artists. Under his mentorship, Michael gained a large array of skills as an instructor for voice, songwriting, mixing, and music theory.
Today, along with performing his original music project around NYC, Michael is excited to share his skills and services with those at ET Studio Productions.

REMEMBER JONES – ACTOR/PERFORMER
Remember Jones is a one-of-a-kind soul/pop singer with a throwback vibe and authentic energy that bring audiences to another time and place. Originally from Asbury Park, NJ where he has a stronghold on their large, thriving music scene, he has packed popular venues such as THE STONE PONY, ASBURY LANES, THE SAINT, CONVENTION HALL and THE PARAMOUNT THEATRE. He has been awarded TOP VOCALIST in the Asbury Park Music Awards, directed and debuted as HEDWIG in HEDWIG IN THE ANGRY INCH for Asbury Park’s first long-running theatrical production, and has produced, music directed, and supported many local acts, rock musicals, and touring bands (most recently a string of sold-out dates with Buster Poindexter). He fronts a tribute project “Back to BACK TO BLACK“, a recreation of the entire AMY WINEHOUSE album with an orchestra of 15-25 musicians that has SOLD-OUT both ASBURY LANES and the city’s new HOUSE OF INDEPENDENTS, as well as a tour of the show packing BROOKLYN BOWL in NYC, TIRES in DETROIT, ARDMORE MUSIC HALL outside of Philadelphia, and completely selling out LINCOLN HALL in Chicago (a show that was livestreamed via AUDIOTREE).
SANTO RIZZOLO – DRUMMER
Santo Rizzolo is a session drummer based in Asbury Park, New Jersey specializing in R&B, funk, jazz, and rock. Hailing from the Jersey Shore, Santo has been performing and teaching professionally for close to a decade, backing artists including powerhouse vocalist Brielle Von Hugel (American Idol, Postmodern Jukebox) and Remember Jones, the region’s “soul-sensation” (Asbury Park Press). In addition to performing for sold-out crowds at legendary venues including Asbury Park’s The Stone Pony, Convention Hall, and House of Independents, Santo tours and performs around the country. His 2016 tours include the kiddie-rock sensation, Play Date (Greg Attonito of The Bouncing Souls) west coast tour spanning five major cities, and the Back to Black Amy Winehouse revitalization mid-west tour with Remember Jones and Brielle Von Hugel, in which Santo performed with both acts in five cities. A founding member of the indie experimental soul outfit, Mad Feather Group (Jackson, NJ), he also performs regularly with artists including The Shady Street Show Band, Matt Wade, Rick Barry, and MonteRosa Band, and appears on a genre-diverse collection of studio albums. For the last four years, Santo has instructed hundreds of kids and adults of all ages, abilities, and musical preferences as a full-time drum teacher at Lakehouse Music Academy in Asbury Park, and he looks forward to continuing his drumming journey with new players and artists in and around Staten Island.
